I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. You shall have no other gods before me. (Think about it for ever! That's why ... ) |

1st Commandment | |||||||||||||
You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the water below. You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord demand your undivided love to me. |

2nd Commandment | |||||||||||||
You shall not misuse the name of the Lord your God, for the Lord will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name. |

3rd Commandment | |||||||||||||
Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. Six days you shall labour and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God. |

Honour your father and mother, so that you may live long in the land the Lord your God is giving you. |

7th Commandment You shall not steal. (Don't rob somebody's freedom and/or property.) |

Don't tell any untruths about your neighbour or any human being. |

9th Commandment Don't take away (covet) your neighbour's house. |
|||||||||||||
10th Commandment Dont't try to take away (covet) what belongs to another person, neither his wife nor his slaves, cattle or donkey, nor anything else that belongs to him. |
